Cloud Run vs Lambda vs Azure Functions: price
Google Cloud Run (and Cloud Run functions), AWS Lambda and Azure Functions Flex Consumption, priced the same way: a month of 1 vCPU and 2 GiB busy all the time, zone by zone, and three workloads a month with the free tiers. Busy all month, Cloud Run costs from $76.21, Cloud Run functions costs from $76.21, Lambda costs from $78.84 and Azure Functions costs from $137.

What a month costs
Each in the service's cheapest region, free tiers taken off, one request per instance at a time (concurrency would make Cloud Run and Azure Functions cheaper still: try the calculator). No data transfer or storage.

Questions
Is Cloud Run cheaper than Lambda?
For a month of 1 vCPU and 2 GiB busy all the time: Cloud Run $76.21 (us-central1), Cloud Run functions $76.21 (us-central1), Lambda $78.84 (ap-east-2) and Azure Functions $137 (eastus), each in its cheapest region before free tiers and request fees. For 50 million requests a month of 200 ms at 1 vCPU and 2 GiB, one request per instance at a time and free tiers taken off, the cheapest is Lambda. Cloud Run and Azure Functions can serve many requests on one instance at once, which makes them cheaper for I/O-bound work; Lambda runs one per instance.
How is Lambda compared with 1 vCPU?
Lambda sells memory and gives CPU with it: one vCPU at 1,769 MB, so 1 vCPU and 2 GiB is a 2,048 MB function. Azure Functions Flex Consumption sells instance memory: the 2,048 MB instance has one vCPU.
What is left out?
Data transfer, storage, cold starts, Lambda's cheaper duration tiers above 6 billion GB-seconds a month, and committed-use or savings-plan discounts. The prices are list prices per region.
