Containers billed per vCPU-second and GiB-second, rounded up to 100 ms. Request-based billing charges only while an instance handles requests, plus a fee per request; instance-based billing charges for the whole life of each instance, at a lower rate and without request fees. An instance serves up to 80 requests at once by default (80 per vCPU when deployed with the CLI), up to 1,000.
